A scalable digital infrastructure campus for AI, cloud and data-intensive applications – developed in Frankfurt (Oder), at the heart of the Berlin/Brandenburg metropolitan region.
The FFO AI Campus in Frankfurt (Oder) is designed as a large-scale digital infrastructure campus for AI, cloud and data-intensive applications. On a secured project site of around 30 hectares, one of the strategically relevant locations for the next generation of European data center and AI infrastructure is being developed.
The project is designed for a scalable power capacity of 350MW and combines data center capacity, energy infrastructure, storage technologies, grid connection capability and long-term site development in an integrated campus model.
As a result, the FFO AI Campus has reached an advanced planning and permitting status. The project is no longer merely in an early concept or site assessment phase, but rests on a robust basis for further technical, energy-related, construction and commercial implementation.
Frankfurt (Oder) offers particular location advantages: proximity to the Berlin metropolitan region, a position within the German-Polish economic area, available development land, municipal support and the opportunity to combine digital infrastructure with regional value creation, waste heat utilisation and energy integration.
The FFO AI Campus therefore sees itself not only as a data center project, but as a strategic AI, energy and infrastructure location for Europe. The goal is to develop a high-performance, scalable and permittable campus that combines international requirements for AI and cloud infrastructure with the economic transformation objectives of the Berlin/Brandenburg region.
